YoloGroundwater.org is the portal for information on the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) process in Yolo County.  Here you can find information on the new groundwater legislation, find reports and data on groundwater conditions, and sign-up to receive notices for SGMA meetings. Through SGMA, the groundwater user community will decide what types of rules will, or will not, be enacted to protect our groundwater resources.

The Yolo County Farm Bureau has teamed up with the Water Resources Association of Yolo County (WRA) to provide a planning forum for SGMA implementation.

The WRA is a consortium of entities authorized to provide a regional forum to coordinate and facilitate solutions to water issues in Yolo County.  The WRA is governed by a Board of Directors who represent each of the member agencies, which include the Cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland; Yolo County; Dunnigan Water District; RDs 108 and 2035; UC Davis; and Yolo County Flood Control & Water Conservation District (YCFC&WCD).

The Yolo County Farm Bureau is a non-governmental, non-profit, voluntary membership, California corporation whose purpose is to protect and promote agricultural interests in Yolo County and to find solutions to problems on the farm, the farm home, and the rural community.
